Growing Culinary Ginger in Minnesota

Melissa has been successfully growing ginger in Minnesota outside during the growing season for years. In this class, Melissa will walk you through the steps she’s taken to harvest robust baby ginger commercially. She will share tips and tricks to help you succeed in your home garden.

Registration includes 3-4 chunks of ginger tubers, which we will mail to you to try growing in 2021.
